IMPLEMENTATION AND USAGE NOTES

1. LOCAL POLICY CONTROLS
The institution's lending agreement, due dates, renewal rules, return location,
reset procedure and exam rules always take priority.

2. ACCESSIBLE ALTERNATIVE TO QR
Every QR code must appear with its readable web address. Do not make a phone or
QR scanner the only way to reach the resource.

3. RESET SAFETY
Do not make a full memory reset the default borrower instruction. A reset can
remove programs, applications or settings intended for future borrowers. Direct
uncertain students to lending staff.

4. PRIVACY
Calc for Class does not require a student account for this companion and does
not collect a college's lending records. Optional checklist completion is saved
only in the student's current browser storage and can be cleared by the student.

5. SUPPORT ROUTING
- Calculator workflow: model guide, course instructor or tutoring centre
- Hardware, damage or missing accessories: lending/technology staff
- Exam permission: course instructor or testing centre
- Reset, renewal and return: institutional lending policy
- Calc for Class accuracy or accessibility: Calc for Class contact page

6. PRINTING
The PDFs are US Letter size. Print at actual size or fit to printable area. The
QR PNG files are intended for office documents and signs; the SVG files are
better for large-format or professionally designed materials.

7. LINK REVIEW
Institutions should review the main companion, privacy statement, accessibility
statement and model scope before publishing a link.

8. INDEPENDENCE
Calc for Class is an independent educational resource and is not affiliated
with calculator manufacturers.
